Board of Directors
Addenda Capital’s directors contribute their knowledge and experience to help the firm accomplish its mission and achieve its objectives. The board is comprised of eight members.
In carrying out its responsibilities, the board of directors guides and assists our people in the performance of their duties, providing invaluable support for our long-term growth. The board of directors delegates certain responsibilities to the human resources committee.
