The largest shareholder in Addenda Capital is Co-operators Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of The Co-operators Group Limited, one of the largest Canadian-owned multi-product insurer. Minority shareholders include the Solidarity Fund QFL, a venture capital firm that makes long-term investments in Quebec based companies, and Addenda Capital senior management and employees.
